For the pultrusion process, hand molding, injection and RTM
Glass fiber mats are made of chopped yarns of powder or emulsion binder. The surface density of glass fiber mats varies from 100 to 600 g/m2, width varies from 6 to 340 cm.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
It is used for the production of fiberglass shells of boats and yachts, pools, tanks and pipes
Material features high-speed resin impregnation, high tensile strength and good draping properties
Powder and emulsion glass mats are rolls of non-woven fabric consisting of chopped strands of glass fiber, randomly arranged in a horizontal plane and connected together with a powder binder that melts during the manufacturing process at a temperature of about 120 °C, binds strands of glass fiber together.
